Account Suspension or Deletion
Emcollab may suspend or delete a users account upon request received by their organization and such suspension or deletion may continue for such period as have been requested. Emcollab may also suspend or delete an account if it poses threat to national security, communal harmony or other social balance or for sharing of contents that are considered inappropriate. Upon termination of our contractual relationship with your Organization, we will delete all personal data stored in our servers and backups within 90 days.
